Visit of one of the most prestigious distilleries in Grande Champagne, Cognac’s 1st growth vineyard area: 4hrs (Monday to Saturday)

 

Welcome and private tour of the Distillery in the company of the Master Distiller.

Tutored tasting of newly distilled cognacs

Tasting of a Vintage cognac accompanied by bite sized desserts prepared for you by a renowned chef.

 

 

 

A 2 hour workshop at the home of a producer of duck Foie Gras

 

Brief tour of the facility (optional)

Discovery of the different classifications of foie gras

Testing of recipes for terrines, escallops, preserves, cloth prepared foie gras

200 gr of foie gras for the workshop to work with and take away

Comparative tasting of different styles of Foie Gras accompanied by Pineau
